Overview

Alcatel developed this API to facilitate developers and make their tasks of configurations, manipulating call records much easier than before. Third party developers can use feature to record or ignore any call, can pause the recording during the call. Different functions written in this API search data based on search criteria defined by the user.

This documentation is pertaining to the OmniPCX RECORD Developers API. The information contained shows sample request/response patterns, communications and details on how to use the service. However, if you are an experienced API user you can directly access the available API functionality via the URL.
